The Larimer County Flood Review Board is responsible for reviewing and making recommendations to the County Engineer on selected floodplain management issues within the county.

- grade changes
- drainage pattern changes
- paving
- bank stabilization
- stream restoration
- bridges and culverts
- change of use of the property
- any other development (any manmade change to improved/unimproved real estate)
