Once all required documentation has been submitted:

• 10 Business Days
  • Right-of-Way Construction (Utilities)
  • Access (Driveway)
  • Special Transport Permits

Once you submit your permit application your next step is to provide an insurance certificate which matches Risk Management's requirements:

• Special Transport Permit Insurance Requirements

This is an area that can add an additional 2-3 weeks to the application approval process if your certificate does not exactly match Larimer County insurance requirements. We suggest you provide your insurance agent with a copy of the exact Larimer County insurance requirements, to ensure a smooth Larimer County permit application experience."

The County will not accept additional insured language that limits additional insured status to that which is “required by contract."
