STATUS REPORT

SCOPE OF WORK

Replacement 2-span rubble arch culvert. Improvements include:

widen/lengthen bridge
creek channel grading and bank stabilization
6 foot paved shoulder/bicycle lanes
curb/gutter/sidewalks

PURPOSE

This project is planned due to:

capacity improvements
safety improvements

BUDGET

$350,000 (design)

PROJECT STATUS

design engineering consultant hired (SEH, Inc.)
design plans in review
coordination with City of Loveland and utilities in progress
construction tentatively scheduled for August 2025
