Transition Support Program for High School Seniors Graduating 2025 - Including a PAID internship!

Are you a high school senior seeking help in figuring out what comes next? The inCompass Fast Track program can help! Eligible high school seniors will get matched with a career specialist who will support them in finding a paid internship and then help them move to employment or post secondary education following graduation.

Gain real world experience through a paid, 250 hour internship placement with a local employer at $17.00 per hour.  Internships are tailored to the intern's career interest.

Past interns have participated in internships across a variety of industries including manufacturing, IT, healthcare, natural resources, administration, and MORE! 

Get transitional support with your employment and educational goals through career exploration, workshops, resume assistance, interviewing preparation, and post-secondary guidance. These activities will help prepare you to earn an internship in your field of interest. Cash bonuses for program goal completion.


Eligibility requirements for the Fast Track Program

In order to qualify, students must be 16-21 years old, U.S. Citizen and Larimer County resident, high school senior on track to graduate by May 2024, and meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

  1. High School Senior on track to graduate within this school year.
  2. Low income: receiving public assistance i.e. food stamps, TANF, SSI, etc. or meet local income threshold. Individual with a learning/mental/physical disability diagnosis is considered household of one for income purposes.
  3. Challenge to employment: teen parent, learning/mental/physical disability, IEP/504, probation, foster care (past or present), homeless, or past offender record
  4. Have a goal of moving to employment OR post-secondary education following graduation.

Steps to Apply for the Fast Track Program

  1. Ensure you meet the above eligibility criteria.
  2. Complete the Application
  3. Complete an orientation (scheduled after application has been submitted)
