Larimer County Administrative Services, District Attorney, Courts, Landfill, and Ranch offices will be closed November 28 to celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday. On November 29, Larimer County Administrative Services, District Attorney, and Ranch offices remain closed. Courts will be open until noon that day and Landfill will be open.
Critical county services are not disrupted by closures.
Kathryn Lovoi, PA-C, MMS Physician Assistant
Katy earned her certification as a physician assistant after earning her master’s degree in Medical Science from Midwestern University. Katy has over 13 years of experience, and has worked with Larimer County employees and families for over 10 years. She enjoys coupling her medical experience with coaching and wellness. Katy enjoys spending time doing outdoor activities with her husband and three children.
Annie Stavros Physician Assistant
Annie received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has been a certified physician assistant since receiving her master’s degree from George Washington University in 2016. She initially worked in the emergency department prior to transitioning to family practice in 2018. Annie is passionate about wellness education, preventative medicine and empowering patients to make lifestyle changes to improve their health. She is a Colorado native and in her free time enjoys traveling, playing tennis, paddle-boarding, hiking and skiing with family and friends.
Nicole Watson Medical Assistant & Care Coordinator
Nicole is a Colorado native who attended Colorado State University majoring in Biology and Chemistry. In her medical profession, Nicole has worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and phlebotomist. Nicole’s career also includes work in software support, sales, and restaurant management. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and children, reading anything she can get her hands on, and volunteering at the American Red Cross and HOPE Worldwide. Nicole welcomes the opportunity to work with County employees and their families at the Wellness Clinic as they navigate their way to better health.
Meredith Reider Practice Support Specialist
Meredith is a Certified Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. She has worked in the medical field for several years and is now transitioning into an administrative role to support the clinical care teams. Meredith prioritizes the patient’s experience and is happy to join the team at the Wellness Clinic to provide a wonderful experience to the employees of Larimer County and their families. In her free time, Meredith enjoys spending time with her adult children, crafting, painting, and telling jokes.
Andy Stahl Physical Therapist
Andy has been a Physical therapist since 1997. He earned his Maters of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center in Denver, CO. He has an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University. Andy has extensive experience in treating all types of musculoskeletal injuries, but he specializes in conditions related to the shoulder. Andy is a Colorado native and has lived in Fort Collins since 2000. He enjoys playing volleyball, skiing, hiking and spending time with his family.
Becca Rauch, DPT Physical Therapist
Becca Rauch is excited to join The Wellness Clinic team. She is passionate about helping her patients recover from injuries. Not only does she love providing patient-centered, evidence-based care to each of her patients, but she also loves educating and helping prevent future injuries. Becca earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical campus and has been practicing as a physical therapist for 9 years. She has worked in several outpatient clinics and is a board certified Sports Physical Therapist. Becca is a Colorado native and has called Fort Collins home for over 15 years. She is an avid runner, enjoys boating, snowboarding and spending time with her family.
Michelle Hately Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Michelle received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign in business administration. After discovering her love for nutrition, she went on to complete her master's degree at Logan University and became a registered dietitian nutritionist in 2022. Michelle started her career in long term care and then transitioned to outpatient nutrition counseling at the University of Colorado in Boulder. Michelle is passionate about educating patients on making sustainable lifestyle changes to promote overall health and wellbeing. She works with her patients to find an individualized and tailored plan to help patients reach their goals. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys traveling, playing pickleball, and the outdoor activities of Colorado!
Ariel Mays-Lewis Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Ariel has served communities as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist working with individuals and families to help them with a range of issues and mental health concerns. She is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) as well as a range of other theoretical approaches. She believes in a holistic and patient-centered approach based on best fit for each patient. Ariel received her Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy in addition to a certification in Medical Family Therapy from Seattle Pacific University. Ariel enjoys rock climbing, hiking, and paddle boarding as well as traveling to see family and friends.
Kelsey Pavlidis Licensed Professional Counselor
Kelsey received her Master’s degree in Social Work from Colorado State University, and has been serving the community as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Prior to that, Kelsey lived in Minnesota and Iowa where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Kelsey provides a safe-space for those she serves to work on difficult things such as trauma, grief and loss, addiction, anxiety, and depression. Utilizing interventions such as EMDR (eye movement desensitization and repossessing) and AcuDetox, Kelsey is able to help patients gain control and achieve self-actualization. Kelsey believes in a strengths-based, person-centered, holistic approach that is guided by the individual needs of the patient. In her free time she enjoys running, spending time with her animals, and traveling with her husband.
Jacqueline McMillan Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Jacqueline is a Colorado native who has lived in northern Colorado for almost 15 years. She enjoys spending time with her family and exploring new hobbies. Graduating with her Masters degree in Social Work from Metropolitan State University-Denver, she is equipped to help people achieve their mental health goals with tools such as EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and Acudetox. Jacqueline provides her patients a judgment free space to address life stressors, anxiety, depression, substance use and trauma that stands in their way of the life they want to live. Creating a therapeutic partnership and focusing on a patient’s strengths and individual needs in treatment is top priority.
