Interested in becoming an internal coach, please reach out to Christine Kuehnast.
Larimer County internal coaches have completed or are working to complete their iPec Certified Professional Coach certification (CPC). This certification is achieved through over 320+ hours of education, learning and practice.
Coaching with an internal coach is free to the employee or department. Coaching hours are limited depending on availability of internal coaches. The number of coaching sessions is determined between you and your coach. If you need ongoing coaching support, the coach will assist you on scheduling the appropriate interval for coaching.
As coaches, we commit to partnering with our clients, seeing them as the experts on their lives, and helping them consciously connect with the choices they have available to them. Coaches create a brave environment for you to share openly. There is no right or wrong and there is no judgment.

About Christine
I am the Employee Relations Manager in HR. I am a supervisor, and part of my role is overall responsibility for Larimer County's training and development program. Before working at the county, I worked as an attorney. I enjoy training, leadership development, and growth. My area of passion for coaching is helping to remove barriers to employees' success (however you define success). You may have "imposter syndrome" or lack self-confidence, which hinders your success or fulfillment. You may have conflicts with a coworker in the workplace or even conflicts/issues in your home life that distract you while at work. I would love to help you work through those to find your workplace success and fulfillment.
About Nicole
I am a learner who makes a difference in the world by providing life-changing tools and resources so employees can be their best. I believe everyone is a leader. As an HR Professional with over 25 years of experience supporting leaders and employees at various levels of an organization, I know how important it is to balance and develop the head and heart. To be an effective leader, you must experience, share, and develop both the head and heart. When leaders can engage their head and heart, they experience the ease of flow and energy. They are open, curious, and innovative. They create rather than react. They get noticed because they show up differently. They speak candidly, respectfully, and unarguably. They honor agreements. They are curious and open. Through our sessions, I will support you to become the leader you've always wanted to be. (Link to full bio.)
