The following jobs/employees with responsibilities categorized in these four categories are not deemed appropriate for the purpose of collective bargaining:
- Confidential
- Managerial
- Executive
- Temporary, Intermittent, or Seasonal employees who work less than 90 days in a 365 day period.
Larimer County has reviewed the responsibilities of each job classification, and determined appropriateness by the job.
