There are two situations covered under the Act that requires the County to provide an employee's personal information:
- At the end of each calendar quarter, the County shall provide Home Address, Home and Personal Cellular Telephone Numbers, and Personal email addresses to the Exclusive Representative for each County employee in the Bargaining Unit.
AND - Within 10 days after the Director (Labor Standards and Statistics) determines that there is a sufficient showing of interest to organize, the County shall provide the employee's name, job title, work location, home address, personal email address(es), and home or cellular telephone numbers of employees in the appropriate Bargaining Unit to the petitioning Employee Organization(s).
