Management Resources for Nectar

OVERVIEW OF MANAGER FEATURES

On the home screen, you will see the "My Team" section, which will show what percentage of your team you have recognized personally that month. The calendar view will show any upcoming birthday or work anniversaries for members on your team.

The Team Insights tab shows different reports for how your team members are being recognized.

If your administrator has given you access to approve Challenges or Rewards, you may see those on the left hand side as well.

  1. I still have employees who are no longered employed at Larimer County listed on my team. 

    Just like points, Teams are updated on the 1st of each month. For example, if an employee is removed from Nectar in October, then the Supervisor's Team will reflect that change on November 1st.
