Workforce Management Time Entry

 

Starting June 13, 2024, employees will begin recording their time using a new time module in UKG called Workforce Management (WFM). WFM will replace the current timekeeping module, UTM. The transition to this new system is expected to enhance functionality and streamline processes, ultimately providing a more robust solution for our organization.

Employee Training - No Time-Off Request Departments

Time Off Requests
  • For leave being taken BEFORE 6/13/2024, use UTM (current time keeping module) to submit Time Off Requests.
  • For leave being taken AFTER 6/13/2024, do not submit via the current module. WAIT to submit Time Off Requests using Workforce Management (new module).
Employee Dates
  • 6/12/2024 - All time entered in UTM (current time keeping module) and timesheets submitted.
  • 6/13/2024 - Granted access to Workforce Management.
  • 6/14/2024 - Access to UTM and the UKG mobile app will be removed by end of day.
Supervisor/Manager Dates
  • 6/10/2024 - Granted access to Workforce Management to validate employee information.
  • 6/13/2024 - Approve timecards in UTM.
  • 6/14/2024 - Access to UTM and the UKG mobile app will be removed by end of day.
Payroll Rep Dates
  • 6/6/2024 - Granted access to Workforce Management to validate employee information.
  • 6/14/2024 - Sign off on timecards in UTM.
  • 6/18/2024 - Access to UTM and the UKG mobile app will be removed by end of day.

For supervisors/managers whose department DOES NOT require time off requests.
