FAQs

  1. What is this evaluation?

This evaluation aims to understand how this Initiative is being implemented ‘in real life,’ what is working well, and how we can work together to improve the ways that we support families across Larimer County. We use a variety of surveys, interviews, and focus groups to track the ways that community agencies work together and with families.

  2. Why do we evaluate this Initiative?

Project evaluations bridge the research-practice gap by ensuring that all of our partners across the community have access to all of the project-related data in an effort to support continuous quality improvement in a and collaborative manner. We want to ensure that our community members and families have an opportunity to share their feedback on this Initiative via confidential surveys, interviews, and focus groups. By gathering this feedback, we can share it with the county and our partners and facilitate discussions about how to improve the ways that we support and work with families.
