Welcome to the Larimer Workforce Development Board (WDB).
The WDB is a federally mandated, business-led board. The WDB provides program oversight and policy guidance for workforce development programs and services offered by Larimer County Economic and Workforce Development (EWD) and federal and state funded workforce development partners.
The purpose of the WDB is to strengthen our workforce and communities by providing an interactive forum where workforce issues can be heard, partnerships formed, and solutions created. We invite you to explore the WDB information and connect with the board staff members below if you would like to get involved. Julie Cila, WDB Chair
