As part of the 2026 budget, the Larimer County Board of County Commissioners approved a mandatory Short-Term Rental license renewal fee effective January 1, 2026. Renewal (including the new fee of $250) is required every two years on the anniversary of the original approval/license date. Small Project Fee Reduction Information

Larimer County offers a 25% reduction in Planning and Engineering Development Review fees for certain application types that provide community benefits. Application types that are eligible for reduced fees can be found in the revised resolution below. Applicants must request the fee reduction at the time of application. This program is in effect through December 31, 2027.
