The Larimer County Community Development Department is considering amendments to the County Land Use Code pertaining to Accessory Living Areas in Estes Valley Planning Area. The project team leading this effort will be hosting a virtual meeting to examine the existing regulations for Accessory Living Areas as well as to gather feedback for potential changes.
