Larimer County launches Text2Park pay system for parking at parks and open spaces

Loveland - Larimer County Department of Natural Resources (LCDNR) is pleased to pilot a new way visitors can pay for daily permit parking at parks and open spaces through the convenience of their phones. The phone-based “Text2Park” payment system launched at select Horsetooth area parking lots on Oct. 26 with the aim of expanding to other LCDNR public properties throughout the coming year.

This is the fourth and final program in a series of hikes at Devil's Backbone Open Space centered on getting to know this wonderful place better. 

Bring your 6-10 year old for a morning filled with nature exploration, play, and connection with our amazing natural world. All the world is a habitat! But not all habitats are the same. In this program, we'll explore what makes a good habitat in the eyes of a turkey and learn about how we can manage habitats for wildlife as well as people.
