The Recording Activity Notification Service allows community members to create an alert to receive an email notification when a document is recorded in their name. This service is provided by the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder at no charge. 

Can I do this?

• This service is for Colorado dealerships only
• Must be the owner or agent of the dealership with a letter of authorization
• Driver’s License or other Secure and Verifiable Identification (SVID)
• Must be processing a Dealer Resale Title or a duplicate title for a vehicle traded into the dealership

• Once the required paperwork is complete, you have the following options:

• Proof of Colorado Insurance, if indicated on your renewal notice  
• Proof of Emissions, if indicated on your renewal notice
• Payment - additional fees apply for credit/debit card payments
