Logic and Accuracy Test
The Larimer County Clerk and Recorder Elections Department will conduct a public logic and accuracy test of voting equipment on October 10, 2023. Please view the Legal Notice and contact our office for more information: (970) 498-7820.
What do I need?
- Must be listed as the owner or agent of the owner on the Colorado title or Title Complete Notice
- If the owner is a business, the agent acting on behalf of the business must provide a letter of authorization
- If the owner is an individual who will not be present at the appointment, the acting agent must have a valid power of attorney
- Driver’s License or other

Estes Park Vehicle Licensing Office Closed
Due to inclement weather conditions, the Estes Park Vehicle Licensing Office is currently closed. The Fort Collins and Loveland offices are still open and are accepting walk-in and scheduled appointments.

To maintain our appointment schedule, there is a 2 transactions limit per time slot. If you have more than 2 transactions, please make additional appointments.
Appointments are now available for Colorado car dealerships for Dealer Resale and Duplicate Title transactions only, with a limit of 2 transactions at each appointment. All other transactions will be required to be dropped off.

All Colorado MV Express Renewal Kiosks in Larimer County will be down for scheduled maintenance from 8 to 10 A.M. on Sunday November 12th.
