Notice of LCCC Temporary Closures & Program Changes

Special Hours /Closures on Monday, May 31st in Observance of Memorial day. 

Admin Office: CLOSED

Loveland DRC: CLOSED

Fort Collins DRC: 8:00AM- 4:00PM

AIIM/Wellness Court: CLOSED

 

The continued health and safety of our staff, clients, and the public is our highest priority.  During this time, the following temporary Closures and Program Changes are in place for Community Corrections (LCCC):

1. As of 4/26/21 LCCC Evaluations Unit is resuming in-person interviews:  Individuals who need to schedule or reschedule their appointments must contact their evaluator or LCCC Admin at 970-498-7512.

The current waitlist for sentenced/accepted clients is:

Diversion

Males:      1-2 weeks

Females:  1-2 weeks

DOC

Males:      Less than 1 month after acceptance

Females:  Less than 1 month after acceptance


2.  Closure of  LCCC Visitation:  Starting March 13, 2020, Visitation within LCCC facilities has been suspended indefinitely.  The continued health and safety of our clients, staff and the public is our highest priority.  We are closely watching the local situation in respect to COVID-19 and with that in mind we will be temporarily restricting visitors from the community from entering our facilities. Thank you for your cooperation.

3.  Drop-Off Procedures as of 12/8/2020: for detailed instructions on the drop-off policy, please visit the FAQs Page below. 

Drop-offs are limited to clients with no community access and Treatment clients.  Clients with community access will not be permitted drop-offs as they are able to leave the facility.  Drop-offs must be in one small plastic grocery bag, non-sealed, with a reasonable amount of items. Overstuffed or sealed bags will not be accepted. New clients may still receive their one initial drop-off within the first week of entry during scheduled drop-off times. 

Drop-off times:
Sunday - Morning - 0800-0830
Tuesday - Evening - 2000-2030
Thursday - Morning - 0800-0830
Saturday - Evening - 2000-2030  


4.   DRC Fort Collins is open with new hours: Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 6:45 PM and Saturday - Sunday 8:00 AM - 3:45 PM.  DRC Loveland is open on a limited schedule: now open Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM.  810 E. 10th St, Loveland, CO. 

 

5.  As of 5/18/2020 the AIIM/Wellness Court office will remain open and "cafe" will be running in the morning at assigned times for clients.  Please visit the AIIM & Wellness Court Program webpage for more information. 

 

6.  As of 6/1/2020 LCCC IRT and STIRT programs will be accepting intakes with a 14 day quarantine period with case management and limited treatment services.  Clients coming from the community will be asked to complete a symptom tracker prior to placement and we are requesting professional transport.   Persons coming from custodial settings will need verification from the custodial setting medical staff that they show no signs of COVID-19 and are being transported by professional staff.  All intakes will be screened for potential exposure and symptoms upon arrival.

Important Notice for Community Service

The Community Service Offices will be closed for the Veterans Day holiday on Thursday, November 11, 2021.

 

The continued health and safety of our staff, clients, and the public is our highest priority.  New clients need to register in person at either the Fort Collins or Loveland office.  Registered clients can contact us by phone and email in lieu of coming into the office.

 

You can report in-person to either the Fort Collins or Loveland offices:

  • Community Service - Fort Collins Office, Alternative Sentencing Department, Door #1, 2307 Midpoint Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80525 (just west of the Larimer County Jail). Interview hours are on a walk-in basis held on Mondays from 12:00 pm-4:00 pm, Tuesday-Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm. 
  • Community Service – Loveland Office, Community Justice Alternatives, Suite #140, 810 E. 10th Street, Loveland, CO 80537 (east entrance of the Loveland Police/Courts building). Interview hours are on a walk-in basis held on Mondays from 12:00 pm-4:00 pm, Tuesday-Friday 8:00 am-4:00 pm.

Paperwork Drop-Off for Registered Clients:  Verification of Hours paperwork can be submitted via email to:  ASD-Community-Service@co.larimer.co.us - please ensure your paperwork is submitted as a PDF file, otherwise it will not be accepted.  Paperwork can also be placed in the Fort Collins drop-box in the front entry outside of our office or faxed to 970-980-2610 or 970-619-4374.

DRC Updates & Changes

Special Hours Monday 5/31 in Observance of Memorial day.  Loveland DRC: CLOSED  Fort Collins DRC: 8:00AM- 4:00PM.

 

***NEW DRC Loveland hours (effective 3/29/21): open Mondays, Thursday, and Fridays from 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Masks/face coverings will be required to enter DRC beginning 5/4/2020. Per Larimer County Public Health guidance, masks or face coverings are required to enter public buildings. Community members who do not comply may be turned away. 

DRC reserves the right to turn away clients who present at DRC with a fever or flu like symptoms.  Thank you for your cooperation.

 

The continued health and safety of our clients and staff is our highest priority.  We are closely watching the local situation in respect to COVID-19 and we will follow recommendations issued by the Larimer County Health Dept and other local authorities.  With that in mind, if you are experiencing flu like symptoms, do not come into DRC to take a substance monitoring test.  Please contact your Probation Officer, Pretrial Case Manager, DHS Case Worker, or other supervising agency and inform them of the reasons that you did not test.

The Phone System Upgrade is complete.  All phones for Community Justice Alternatives, Alternative Sentencing, and Community Corrections are now active.  Phone numbers for our programs are found in the contact blocks at the bottom of each program's webpage.

The Phone System Upgrade is complete and the DRC Color Line is now active again.  However, we will post DRC Colors on the DRC Webpage through end of business today, Saturday, January 11th (only).
