• Public Trustee Fee Schedule
  • The fee schedule does not include Clerk & Recorder fees. For highlighted items on the schedule, the Public Trustee shall also collect $13.00 per document plus $5.00 for each additional page for documents recorded with the Larimer County Clerk & Recorder's office.
    • EXAMPLE: A one-page Release of Deed of Trust Form is $43.00, which includes a $30.00 Public Trustee fee and a $13.00 Clerk and Recorder recording fee.

*** Colorado House Bill 24-1443 was passed in May of 2024. This bill increased the Public Trustee fees for releases and foreclosures beginning July 1, 2024.
