- The fee schedule does not include Clerk & Recorder fees. For highlighted items on the schedule, the Public Trustee shall also collect $43.00 per document for documents recorded with the Larimer County Clerk & Recorder's office.
- EXAMPLE: A one-page Release of Deed of Trust Form is $73.00, which includes a $30.00 Public Trustee fee and a $43.00 Clerk and Recorder recording fee.

*** Colorado House Bill 24-1443 was passed and signed into law in 2024. This bill increased the Public Trustee fees for releases and foreclosures effective July 1, 2024.
*** Colorado House Bill 24-1269 was passed and signed into law in 2024. This bill established a flat $43.00 fee for the recording of documents by the County Clerk and Recorder, effective July 1, 2025.
*** NOTICE TO LENDER ATTORNEYS: Attorneys must submit an ACH form for all foreclosure fee refunds and lender payments (Cure Payments , Sale Proceeds, and Redemption Payments), effective January 1, 2025.
