Initiated by the LCDHE Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP) team and its community partners, the United in Values conversation deck was built around the notion of collective strength within a community landscape and a shared commitment to belonging, continuous growth, collaboration, and compassion amongst one another. As people look to connect with each other, this conversation deck is a tangible way to turn any ordinary space into a community-building space. To build bonds in the most ordinary way - by simply talking.
