EXTRA POINTS
So you want to contribute some additional funds for your department or committee in Nectar? Here's a few different ways departments, teams, or committees can give away extra points.
- Awards are created by the department, team, or committee, and are "awarded" to employees who meet the criteria set forth by the department or committee.
 - Increased Monthly Point Balance are additional points added to designated employees' (usually managers) giveaway point balance. (For example, Department Head A has decided to split an additional $100 worth of points/month among their 5 managers. Now each manager receives 220 points/month to recognize employees, instead of the standard 20 points.)
 - Challenges are created by the department, team, or committee and includes an action on the part of the employee. Employees choose to participate in the challenge and self-report upon completion of the challenge criteria.
