How it Works:
- Decide: Department or team decides on the award title, amount, and message.
- Request: The department submits the Nectar Request form to HR with the award details.
- Setup: HR creates the award in Nectar and assigns a manager from the department.
- Award: The award will be shown in the manager's Nectar profile and they are able to give out the award to the recipients.
