The Human Resources Director is the steward of this commitment, providing guidance, resources, and training to support its principles. Leaders at all levels are expected to model and reinforce these behaviors.
COMMITMENT
Larimer County believes that civility is foundational to workplace excellence. All employees are expected to:
A. Treat every individual with dignity, courtesy, and respect at all times, whether in person, in writing, or in virtual settings.

C. Maintain professionalism and courtesy during work, at off-site work functions, and at all County-sponsored or participative events.

F. Maintain accountability for your words and actions, and address concerns with respect and professionalism.
G. Ensure all employees can voice concerns and opinions without fear of retaliation.
H. Recognize that bias and misunderstandings can occur, and work to resolve conflicts constructively, fairly, and respectfully.
