- Aging and Disability Resources for Colorado (ADRC) Services: One-on-one support for navigating long term care options, including personalized planning to meet your needs and assistance applying for Long-Term Care Medicaid or Medicare Savings Program
- Larimer County Ombudsman Program: Advice and education about long-term care communities and advocacy and support for current long-term care residents
