It's never too early to consider your long-term care options or help a loved one plan ahead. The Larimer County Office on Aging has programs to support you:

Aging and Disability Resources for Colorado (ADRC) Services: One-on-one support for navigating long term care options, including personalized planning to meet your needs and assistance applying for Long-Term Care Medicaid or Medicare Savings Program
Larimer County Ombudsman Program: Advice and education about long-term care communities and advocacy and support for current long-term care residents

Office on Aging

Per the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Larimer County will provide reasonable accommodation to qualified individuals with a disability who need assistance. Walk-in requests for auxiliary aids and services will be honored to the extent possible but may be unavailable if advance notice is not provided.
