When you register, you gain access not only to your agency’s solicitations but also to solicitations from other participating
agencies across the United States.
- Basic Registration sends automatic notifications of matching solicitations from your agency and other member
agencies in your state. It also allows you to access documents and respond to electronic bids.
- Premium Registration provides maximum bid opportunities and features, including matching email notifications from
all member agencies across the state(s) you select. Additionally, our content team of researchers aggregates open
solicitations from thousands of agency websites, newspapers, and other sources from non-participating agencies,
alerting registered vendors to matching opportunities.
Basic registration requires key contact information for your company's main user, including:
- Company name
- Address
- Phone number
After completing the basic registration, you will receive an email to verify your account information. Once verified, you will be
prompted to provide additional details, including NIGP Category code selections and any applicable Disadvantaged Business
Enterprise (DBE) or Small Business (SB) certification information.
Yes, all registered vendors can download documents from our member agencies for free.
