Nara Organics Infant Formula Recall

June 15, 2026: The CDC has reported that 3 infants in the United States were diagnosed with infant botulism, a very serious illness, after consuming Nara Organics Whole Milk Organic Infant Formula. Nara Organics recalled all of their products on June 13, 2026. Families should not feed their infants formula produced by Nara Organics. If you have unopened cans of Nara Organics infant formula, throw them away or return them. If you have leftover (opened) cans of Nara Organics infant formula, take a picture and record the lot number and use-by date, then throw them away. Public Asked to Report Contact with Bat Found at Creedmore Lake

The Larimer County Department of Health and Environment is seeking information from anyone who may have had direct contact with a bat found at Creedmore Lake in Red Feather Lakes. The bat was discovered on rocks near the shore during a free fishing day event on June 6, 2026.

Tularemia Detected in Larimer County: Residents and Visitors Reminded to Take Simple Steps to Stay Safe Outdoors

The Larimer County Department of Health and Environment (LCDHE) is reporting that tularemia has been detected in Larimer County. The bacteria was identified in a dead rabbit found in a southwest Berthoud neighborhood. Because tularemia is endemic in Larimer County, it is likely present in other areas throughout the county as well.
